Primary Partner Organizations
Runa LLC and its Ecuadorian counterpart, Runatarpuna S.A., work to build a new market for guayusa, an Amazonian tea derived from a holly tree native to the region. While indigenous people of Peru and Ecuador have harvested this plant for hundreds of years, it has never been produced at such a scale for an international market.
Napo Runa Artisan Association is a farmers collective of guayusa producers in the Ecuadorian state of Napo.
